1. Scope of Service Provisioning

Stardrift Technologies LLP provides customized IT software development, native/hybrid mobile app engineering, coordinate field surveys, telecom tower deployment support, LAN/WAN enterprise networking setups, and CCTV surveillance setups. Detailed scope specifications, billing structures, and delivery schedules will be defined in individual project SLA agreements.

2. Intellectual Property & Rights

Unless explicitly negotiated in a project's intellectual property transfer charter, all baseline software frameworks, custom database schemas, algorithms, network architectures, and custom GIS coordinate collections engineered by Stardrift Technologies LLP remain the exclusive intellectual property of the organization.

3. Support SLA & Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Post-deployment configurations and technical support pings are subject to the specific support tier (SLA) configured by the client. Enterprise networking, server databases, and AI security systems AMC parameters are audited monthly by our certified engineers.

4. Limitations of Liability

Stardrift Technologies LLP maintains highly resilient, secure configurations but is not liable for data loss, server downtime, or network breach coordinates resulting from third-party vendor hardware failures (e.g. Cisco, D-Link, TP-Link, CBC Ganz), client network misconfigurations, or natural force majeure events.

5. Jurisdictional Bounds

These terms and conditions are bound by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India**.
